Todd-O-Phonic Presents From Austin, TX, Scott H. Biram (9:30pm-11ish). Bloodshot recording artist, musician, producer and ordained minister, Scott H. Biram will bring his unique combination of blues, country, and punk to Asbury Park with special guest JD Wilkes (8:30pm-9:15pm), perhaps best known as the founder of the Legendary Shack Shakers, a southern gothic rock & blues formed in the mid '90s, and Jordon Joyes (7:30pm-8:15pm).
